Your future team

As Business Partner you will work closely with Anne Bekker-Jensen, Vice President of CPQA and be a part of an organization with overall responsibility for our Global Quality Management system. CPQA consists of 2 departments, QA Systems and IT QA with a total of 24 employees. CPQA is a unit that reports to Corporate Product Quality (CPQ). CPQ is the overall Commercial Quality Organization in Lundbeck with around 150 employees.

Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?

You will be part of the CPQA leadership team and be involved in cross-organizational projects.

As Business Partner your key responsibilities will be:

  • Support and improve local performance management systems.
  • Support various reporting systems.
  • Participate and execute on short- and long-term projects.
  • Prepare and follow up on budget for the department.
  • Support in preparation of financial or business analysis and presentations.
  • Planning, coordination, and facilitation of meetings and workshops.

What you bring to the team

Our preferred candidate possesses the following qualifications:

  • You have a relevant academic background in Life Science, Economics or Business.
  • You have experience from relevant student jobs.
  • You are business-minded and have the ability to work both individually and build relations across the various functions of the organization.
  • You are eager to learn, contribute and apply knowledge.
  • You have strong analytical skills.
  • You have a basic understanding of financial planning.
  • You are focused and can use various IT-systems and adopt new technologies.
  • You are an experienced user within Microsoft Office tools.
  • You demonstrate good planning skills and manage conflicting demands to meet deadlines.

In addition to this, we expect you to be fluent in Danish and English.
