As a Data Scientist, you will enhance predictive analytics, build automation and drive impactful improvements across the organisation.
Data Scientist specialising in process performance
As a Data Scientist specialising in process performance, you will enhance and automate predictive performance models. You will unlock new potential through AI and machine learning to predict outcomes while ensuring the consistent use of standardised data, methods and measures across the organisation. Additionally, you will support and validate critical KPIs.
Systematic is rated at CMMI Maturity Level 5, a distinction held by only a few companies worldwide. Your work will help maintain this high maturity level through clear and impactful process performance reporting combined with effective measurement of our improvement initiatives.
This is a newly established role, created as part of our ambition to elevate our performance management capability to the next level
In this role, you will collaborate with teams across the organisation to turn data into actionable insights, ensuring that our processes are optimised and consistent and aligned with business goals. Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and validating process-performance models: Gathering and validating data to build reliable models that reflect business needs.
- Automating and improving reporting: Enhancing quarterly process-performance baseline reporting and contributing to the Wall of Fame initiative.
- Analysing data to provide the insights needed for precise and quantitative decisions.
- Automating and improving prediction through the use of statistical techniques, machine learning and/or AI.
- Participating in CMMI Appraisals.
The team
You will be part of a small, dedicated team of highly skilled specialists. Organised within the Finance department, the team collaborates closely with our internal Business Intelligence team and our Business Process Management team. Most importantly, it works across the organisation to support our programme managers in achieving process performance objectives. The team's mission is to ensure, maintain and enhance a high level of maturity throughout Systematic.
Driven by automation and predictive analysis
We are looking for an experienced and driven candidate with a relevant bachelor's or master's degree who is passionate about automation and predictive analysis.
- You thrive on working with data, statistics and numbers, and your structured approach ensures high-quality results.
- At the same time, you have the curiosity and creativity to think outside the box and find innovative solutions.
- We expect you to have several years of experience with R, VBA, robotics or similar, and the ability to leverage these technologies to drive automations.
- You are proactive, motivated to push things forward and you enjoy working at the intersection of data, technology and business optimisation.
Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects.
