In this position, you will contribute to the development of our mission critical communication equipment used by the electronic warfare sector. You will be in charge of systems engineering; defining the systems, setting requirements, and driving the needed verifications in an agile software development environment.

You will take technical ownership of system delivery in cooperation with a Project Manager and work as a technical project manager on smaller scale projects.
You will coordinate with suppliers, partners, and customers, ensuring the right product for our customers.
You will have a key role in developing and executing integration, verification, validation, and qualification plans and procedures for our products and systems.
You will be responsible for system integration and deployment of both own and partner products, collaborating with other highly skilled technical engineers to identify and resolve integration issues.
You will play a crucial role in identifying areas for process improvements and recommending changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
You will participate in establishing new work processes for the system engineering domain.
You will be responsible for system documentation (e.g., document test results and provide feedback to development teams).
You will work with project teams to ensure that our products and systems are delivered on time and within budget.
You will contribute to developing test cases and perform testing to ensure that our products meet customer requirements (e.g., verifications, tests, including FAT/SAT).
You will take design ownership for selected system configurations, participating in design reviews and providing input on testability and test coverage.
You will be involved in the installation and configuration of both software and hardware components, as well as operating systems.

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT System Engineer, preferably more.
You have a Bachelor or Master's degree in systems engineering, IT systems, or similar.
You have proven experience with system engineering, product development, and/or technical project management.
You have a solid understanding of Linux/Windows OS and strong IT skills.
You take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities, and you thrive on working independently while enjoying collaboration within an agile software development environment.

You live within commuting distance of Aarhus, and you speak and write Danish and English fluently. You have a clean criminal record and are a Danish citizen or have lived in Denmark for at least the last 7 years.
