Technical Consultants for Operation and Development of Critical Applications
NNIT is a dynamic and innovative company focused on consultancy and software development, committed to delivering operational excellence to drive business success. We are seeking talented and motivated Technical Consultants for our Technical Support team with expertise within Microsoft.Net, Azure, Outsystems and SQL to join our growing team in Denmark.

Your job will be within our Technical Support team, that assists with operation of applications for one of our biggest Life Science customers in Denmark. Here you will help operate, maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and develop new and existing applications within our Custom Application Development area.

Your job will be very diverse and will be a mix of handling incidents, investigating problems, developing new features and securing operational excellence together with your colleagues.

Qualifications (required ):

  1. Interest in working with applications that have a huge impact on Danish society.
  2. Experience with technologies such as .Net, Azure and SQL Server.
  3. Experience in handling incidents, service requests and change management.
  4. Good understanding of incident, problem, change management (ITIL knowledge).
  5. Background in application development or application operations.
  6. Interest in analysis, troubleshooting and configuration of applications.
  7. Knowledge of infrastructure operations.
  8. Knowledge of patching, and maintenance of applications.
  9. Good communication skills, fluent in Danish and English (written and verbal).
  10. Experience in working with multicultural teams.
  11. Openness to continuous learning (fast-learner, adaptable).
  12. Team player (be part of a dynamic, mid-sized team).
  13. Structured and like to put things in structure/documentation.

Nice to have (not required ):

  1. Working experience with Cloud applications.
  2. ITIL certified (or willing to get training and certification).
  3. Good understanding of System Lifecycle.
  4. Experience with Outsystems.
  5. Experience in system administration.
