Om jobbet

I rollen som Senior Finance Business Partner vil du fungere som en betroet rådgiver og samarbejdspartner for Central Markets & Channels Marketing Teamet. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med Finance Director for at sikre, at finansielle strategier og processer effektivt understøtter forretningsmæssige ambitioner. Dit arbejde vil være afgørende for at drive forandringer, optimere produktiviteten og sikre levering af exceptionelle resultater i en konstant foranderlig markedsplads.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet omfatte:

  1. Drive og følge op på initiativer, der sikrer omkostningsbesparelser og forbedrer investeringsproduktiviteten
  2. Co-lede udviklingen og implementeringen af robuste FP&A-processer, der understøtter præcise finansielle rapporter og analyser
  3. Overvåge forretningspræstationer for at identificere risici og muligheder samt rådgive om maksimering af performance
  4. Deltage i marketingtransformationsprojekter og implementeringen af nye værktøjer til marketingplanlægning
  5. Bidrage med finansiel ekspertise til forskellige marketing- og CFO-initiativer

Du er en strategisk tænkende finansiel profil med en stærk analytisk sans og en dokumenteret evne til at drive komplekse projekter fra idé til implementering. Du trives i et dynamisk miljø, hvor du kan samarbejde på tværs af funktioner og påvirke beslutninger på højeste niveau. Med din proaktive tilgang og fremragende kommunikationsevner er du i stand til at bygge stærke relationer og fungere som en pålidelig rådgiver for forskellige interessenter.

Vi forventer, at du:

  1. Har solid erfaring med strategiudvikling, forretningsplanlægning og eksekvering af komplekse projekter
  2. Besisder dokumenteret ekspertise inden for FP&A, finansiel kontrol og governance-processer
  3. Er en effektiv og overbevisende kommunikator, der kan influere og samarbejde med beslutningstagere på Vice President-niveau
  4. Er dygtig til at identificere og implementere innovative løsninger, der omsætter forretningsudfordringer til værdiskabende transformationer
  5. Har stærke kompetencer inden for udvikling af finansielle modeller, der understøtter og sporer strategiske prioriteter
