Region NCE > Customer Project Execution, NCE > Onshore Execution Technical Support

The NCE CPX QTM Execution Technical Support consists of engineers, specialists, and project managers that enable installation and commissioning to deliver on their scope to the best possible quality and reduce project risks by solving technical challenges, knowledge sharing, and proactively engaging with Global CPX and VTO to ensure smooth introduction of new products and delivering improvement projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Solutions: Address and resolve tickets within your area of expertise efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with subject matter experts to find solutions for tickets that are beyond your current level of expertise.
  • Communicate: Prepare and present relevant topics during monthly quality meetings to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support Internal Projects: Contribute to internal projects focused on new product implementation and engineering changes within your area of expertise.
  • Lead Technical Meetings: Facilitate technical meetings with stakeholders to develop and communicate solutions to technical challenges.
  • Visit Sites: Provide onsite support as required to address and resolve technical issues.
  • Continuous Learning: Proactively gain knowledge and experience within your area of expertise and document this in a personal development plan.

Qualifications

To enable you to excel in this role you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energies, or related).
  • 3+ years of experience in wind turbine installation projects.
  • GWO basic safety certification.
  • Good communication skills and fluency in the English language.
  • Confidence using applications like MS Office, SAP, SharePoint, etc.

It will help you in the role if you have knowledge and experience of one or more of the following:

  • Mechanical systems, electrical systems, blades, tools, civil engineering.

Additional Information

This position requires up to 180 days of travel per year.
