Vi søger to bygherrerådgivere til vores kontor i Høje Taastrup.

Du vil komme til at arbejde bredt med klassiske bygherrerådgivningsopgaver indenfor strategiudvikling, behovsafdækning, udbudsstrategi, procesdesign, kalkulation, samt etablering af beslutningsgrundlag og meget mere.

Hos os får du adgang til internationale eksperter og faglige netværk, hvor vi arbejder sammen på tværs af fagligheder og geografiske skel for at løse opgaverne bedst muligt til gavn for vores kunder og samfundet.

Dit team

Du bliver en del af vores afdeling for strategisk bygherrerådgivning, hvor der er 11 gode og erfarne kollegaer, som arbejder med alle faser i projekter, bl.a., udbud, bæredygtighed og Cost Management. Vi samarbejder på tværs af divisioner og sektioner.

Afdelingen er under udbygning, og netop nu rekrutterer vi dygtige bygherrerådgivere, som kan være med til at udvikle, lede og drive flere forskellige projekter og organisationen. WSP har en særdeles stærk pipeline af projekter, og organisationen har derfor behov for yderligere profiler, der kan drive spændende projekter på tværs af Danmark.

Dine opgaver

I WSP vil vi gerne give dig opgaver, der er med til at udvikle dig professionelt og personligt, men du er ikke alene om dem. Vi arbejder sammen og hjælper hinanden.

Dine opgaver vil bl.a. omfatte:

  • Samarbejde med gode kolleger i dynamiske projektteams
  • Nybyggeri og transformation, projektudvikling af eksisterende bygninger og byggemodning
  • Cost Management og IKT
  • Offentligt og privat udbud, monitorering, stadevurdering, aflevering og ibrugtagning

Dine færdigheder og kompetencer

Kompetenceudvikling bliver en naturlig del af hverdagen gennem sparring med kolleger og løbende erfaring fra projekter. Vi forestiller os, at du vil passe rigtig godt til jobbet, hvis du kan nikke genkendende til følgende:

  • Erfaring og nysgerrighed indenfor ledelse af support til projekter i bred forstand
  • Erfaring og indsigt i byggeriets processer, bygherre og entreprenørsamarbejder
  • Kendskab/interesse i kalkulation, budgetlægning og Cost Management i byggeriet
  • Evnen til at drive processer med god dialog og samarbejde
  • Kommunikation, koordinering er naturligt for dig
