QMS Specialist

Danfoss Power Solutions is looking for a Quality Management Systems Specialist who can support the organization in continuous improvement of internal processes.

You will become part of a team consisting of skilled and committed colleagues, where you will play an important role in managing internal audits and facilitating management process improvements, but more importantly, promoting a quality mindset internally in the organization.

The Quality department's finest task is to be the customer's voice into the organization and support the business in improving products and processes – says Quality Manager, Julia Baker.

As our new QMS Specialist, you will be the key knowledge driver regarding Quality management systems. You will also promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization through the audit process.

With focus on increasing the organization's knowledge and use of quality core tools, your mission will be to boost customer confidence by ensuring the quality of future products and processes within Connect & Control Solutions (CCS) & Valve and Pump Solutions (VPS).

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Provide support in the use of quality core tools (FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 8D).
• Facilitate Management reviews.
• Facilitate external audits in ISO 9001 & IATF 16949.
• Audit product and processes according to ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 standards.
• Facilitate process improvements with internal process owners.

To be considered for this position you may have an educational background as B.Sc./M.Sc. in engineering or at least some years of solid hands-on experience working with quality projects.

Furthermore, we are looking for the following skills and qualifications:

• Knowledge of core quality tools (APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, PPAP) and broad knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016.
• Proficient in written as well as spoken English.
