Polène er et fransk brand grundlagt i 2016 af tre søskende med ambitionen om at skabe en læderkollektion med en ikonisk æstetik. Brandet kombinerer råmaterialer af høj kvalitet med unikt håndværk for at levere produkter i særklasse.

Maison Polène åbner snart dørene til sin første flagskibsbutik i København på Højbro Plads. Butikken vil bestå af omkring tyve medarbejdere, som sammen skal realisere visionen om at tilbyde lokale og internationale kunder en eksklusiv kundeoplevelse i et fascinerende og autentisk univers.

Som Assistant Store Manager assisterer du Store Manager i de daglige opgaver samt med ledelse af teamet og arbejdet med at øge salget. Du vil også være involveret i den operationelle drift af butikken og bidrage til at sikre en problemfri daglig drift og stærke resultater.

Dine primære ansvarsområder
  1. Butiksudvikling:
    • Assistere Store Manager med proaktiv styring af salgsindtægter og implementering af handlingsplaner eller processer med henblik på at øge salget og styrke samarbejdet i teamet.
    • Repræsentere Polène og brandets produkter i vores første butik i København og sikre, at deres enestående kvalitet formidles til kunderne.
    • Levere og opretholde en fremragende kundeoplevelse.
    • Bidrage til at identificere markedsmuligheder, der kan tiltrække nye kunder.
    • Være proaktiv og eksemplarisk i implementeringen af et kvalitetsorienteret CRM-system.
  2. Butiksledelse:
    • Kommunikere og samarbejde med kolleger på hovedkontoret om butikkens drift og strategier for at udvikle og fastholde driftsoptimering.
    • Assistere med lagerstyring i butikken i samarbejde med lagerteamet og sikre en klar og effektiv kommunikation af behov til Procurement Officer.
    • Bidrage til at optimere kundeserviceprocesser i butikken, herunder reparationer, garantier, returneringer og ombytninger, for at maksimere effektivitet og kundetilfredshed.
  3. Teamledelse:
    • Fremme et samarbejdsorienteret, positivt og harmonisk arbejdsmiljø, der afspejler Maison Polènes DNA.
    • Identificere uddannelsesbehov i teamet og samarbejde med Retail Excellence and Training Manager.
    • Optimere personaleledelse og -planlægning for at sikre dækning af alle forretningskritiske opgaver.
    • Deltage i rekruttering, onboarding og oplæring af nye medarbejdere.
    • Bidrage til at motivere teamet gennem inspiration, udfordringer og engagerende daglige briefinger.

  • Du har fremragende lederegenskaber, herunder som personaleleder, er en naturlig leder med evnen til at motivere, samle og inspirere dit team.
  • Du har stærke kompetencer inden for forretningsudvikling, resultatstyring og organisation.
  • Du taler flydende engelsk (kendskab til endnu et fremmedsprog er et plus).
  • Du er erfaren bruger af Microsoft Office.
