We are seeking a sharp, energetic and detail-oriented Student Finance Manager who, in collaboration with the COO, will be the driving force behind the management of our daily finances.

About the role

The role requires a structured and flexible approach to tasks in a very dynamic and young working environment. With great responsibility from day one, the position requires a mature and outgoing person who has the ability to take ownership, structure tasks and has previous experience in bookkeeping.

You can start immediately and the role can develop into a full-time position when it suits your situation.

Key responsibilities
  • Creating and issuing invoices
  • Control and payment of bills
  • Follow-up on payments
  • Monthly reporting of financial results to management
  • Payroll processing and calculation of employees’ wages
  • Stay in touch with our subsidiary in Kyiv
  • Close collaboration with our external CFO as required
  • Optimization of costs
  • Preparation of material for auditors
  • Handle suppliers for the office such as cleaning, lunch, etc., and their payments
  • Ad hoc tasks and office administration
Skills and qualifications
  • Preferably student on a master’s degree in accounting, finance, business management or similar
  • Fluent in both Danish and English (written and spoken)
  • Relevant previous work experience from similar positions/internships
  • Experience with bookkeeping and financial reporting
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Preferably previous experience with E-conomic
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and has a flexible and agile attitude
