Do you like to solve critical issues with precision and speed? And are you driven by the satisfaction of turning problems into solutions?

As our new Technical Resolution Specialist, you will join our Customer Care department in Struer or Kongens Lyngby, Denmark. You will be at the forefront of diagnosing and resolving complex product market issues, ensuring seamless operations for our customers and internal teams. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve a wide range of challenges, making a significant impact on customer satisfaction and system performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a customer representative and on behalf of the organization secure an extensive focus on the customer experience.
  • Ensure a full analysis of complex customer setups including products and networks.
  • Operate our proactive VIP support area and react to newly discovered market issues.
  • Travel to VIP customers and partners to execute deep troubleshooting and gather the needed information for further analysis.
  • Participate in our SWAT troubleshooting team.
  • Support in decreasing the resolution time of complex issues.
  • Facilitate a broad and deep understanding of Bang & Olufsen’s products and systems.
  • Ensure market learnings are reported back into the organization.

What you bring
We are seeking a collaborative individual who is good at understanding and handling complex technical issues. Equally, the ideal candidate can bring structure and process to complex multifaceted projects.
Moreover, you bring:

  • Sound knowledge of network infrastructures and the ability to connect this with a high-end home audio/video system.
  • A widespread customer understanding that is visible in all aspects of your work.
  • Extensive experience with troubleshooting and the aspiration to learn how to use Bang & Olufsen troubleshooting tools.
  • Good communicative abilities and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge about Bang & Olufsen products and systems is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English, both in writing and verbal.
