Som Project Manager hos Stokvis Tapes, med base i Allerød, får du en central rolle i at drive projekter på tværs af Norden, hvor du bliver ansvarlig for at samle trådene, skabe momentum og sikre, at projekterne når i mål til aftalt tid, kvalitet og budget.

Sikre eksekvering af effektive projekter via planlægning, opfølgning og systematik
Med reference til Technical Development Manager bliver du en nøglespiller i at drive nordiske projekter fra idé til virkelighed. Du skaber struktur, sikrer fremdrift og fungerer som det afgørende bindeled mellem kunder, produktion, supply chain og salg. I den forbindelse er du tovholderen på produktudviklingsprojekter af forskellig karakter, såvel tilretninger til eksisterende produkter som nyudvikling. Du vil, med koordinering og systematisk planlægning, have det store overblik over de igangværende projekter, hvor du selv vil være en del af den udførende organisation. Centrale ansvarsområder knytter sig til følgende:

  • Projektledelse af udvalgte produktudviklingsprojekter fra start til slut med fokus på fremdrift, deadlines og kvalitet
  • Agere bindeled mellem salg, udvikling, produktion og leverandører i hele værdikæden og sikre et tæt samarbejde gennem processen
  • Drive opfølgning på projektstatus via ugentlige projektmøder og sikre overholdelse af deadlines og milepæle
  • Sikre monitorering og rapportering i henhold til rammerne for udviklingsprocessen
  • Vurdere projekternes forretningspotentiale i samarbejde med salgs- og udviklingsteamet
  • Optimere og udvikle eksisterende projektprocesser i tæt samspil med ledelsen og det nordiske udviklingsteam
  • Samarbejde med egne fabrikker i bl.a. Sverige og Tjekkiet samt udvalgte globale partnere og leverandører

Du tilbydes en spændende, selvstændig og udfordrende stilling i en virksomhed i vækst med stor specialviden. Her får du en central rolle med mange snitflader – internt til salg, produktion, supply chain og udviklingsteamet på tværs af Norden samt eksternt til leverandører og kunder. Du kan forvente cirka 15 rejsedage årligt.

Selvdrevet, vedholdende og udførende projektleder med flair for overblik
Du har formentlig en videregående uddannelse, eventuelt suppleret med en projektlederuddannelse, og har allerede et par års erfaring med at drive projekter fra start til slut – ideelt set produktudviklingsrelaterede projekter i en produktionsvirksomhed. Det vigtigste er, at du har et kommercielt mindset og nysgerrigheden til at sætte dig ind i produkter, processer og projekter. På det personlige plan er du struktureret til fingerspidserne med et skarpt blik for at sikre, at projekterne når i mål til tiden, inden for budget og med den rette kvalitet. Du trives i en rolle med mange snitflader, hvor du fungerer som bindeled på tværs af salg, produktion, supply chain og leverandører. Din evne til at samarbejde med kollegaer i Norden og internationale stakeholders gør dig til et naturligt samlingspunkt i projekterne. Derudover er du vedholdende og har gennemslagskraft til at holde alle på sporet, selv når udfordringer opstår. Samtidig trives du med at arbejde selvstændigt og har en hands-on tilgang til opgaverne. Endelig er du en stærk kommunikator, der begår dig ubesværet på både dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale.
