Power Solutions is where new product ideas and technologies are developed, matured, tested, and improved. Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) is a department within Power Solutions. CIM operates across Vestas' value chain including external suppliers and partners, global multi-disciplined and cross-functional projects primarily related to product improvement. The Group CIM Communication & Serious Incidents team develops and releases technical customer communication related to product improvements and handles serious incidents to our products globally.

Responsibilities

• Compile and release CIM & SI reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Publish documents generated by the team
• Monitor and report on team KPIs
• Ad hoc analyses

Qualifications

• You are a registered student and want to make a difference with us
• You have the enthusiasm to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility
• Confident handling of Office products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good at organizing your work, high flexibility, and willingness to perform
• You can work independently
• You are structured and can set priorities – also when things get a bit hectic
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Good social and communication skills, focusing on good teamwork
• You work with ease across different cultures
• You are a strong planner, flexible, and can prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• You can plan and complete various assignments in an independent and proactive manner
• Natural ability to focus on quality and detail
