This role is pivotal in overseeing warehouse operations, implementing and managing SAP Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and ensuring efficient capacity planning.

The Position

As the Warehouse and SAP Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our warehouse meets the necessary standards and that the SAP system supports our operational efficiency, including capacity planning. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the warehouse complies with GMP standards and technical requirements for room qualification. Additionally, you will be handling data management for the warehouse.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure that the warehouse complies with GMP standards and technical requirements for room qualification, CE marking, and capacity planning.
• Responsibility for data management and reporting for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
• Ensure that the SAP system supports the operational needs of the warehouse, including capacity planning, and maintains data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure warehouse requirements are met and processes are in accordance with standards.

You will also participate in projects related to SAP and warehouse optimization, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

We realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:

• Education in a relevant field.
• Experience with SAP, preferably in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of capacity planning and warehouse operations.
• Understanding of GMP, as well as experience with room qualification and CE-marking is advantageous but not required.
• Fluency in Danish and English.

As a person, you have strong collaboration and communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with stakeholders and team members. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance SAP-related tasks with warehouse operations and project participation.

You will be joining our dedicated team at NNPR, where you will play a central role in ensuring that our warehouse meets the highest standards while supporting our operational needs, data integrity, and capacity planning.
