Job Description

As a Sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the sales of Cubic's innovative products and solutions to prospective and existing named accounts in the Netherlands. Your mission is to maintain long-term business relationships and to create profitable sustainable business growth, including the pull-through of all Rockwell Automation's businesses. You will be reporting to the Sales Specialist Director.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Achieving Rockwell Automation sales targets for Cubic products & solutions and meet business revenue plans using a disciplined sales process within targeted accounts.
  • Directly responsible for meeting and exceeding quota by negotiating and bringing opportunities to closure while working with the broader matrixed Rockwell Automation sales teams.
  • Develop an accurate sales forecast and pipeline of Cubic pursuits.
  • Contribute to customer proposals and requests for information.
  • Utilize Global Sales & Marketing selling resources for target opportunity identification and access.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers, regional sales team members, and your department to ensure efficient communications and information flow from sales and pipeline development activities.
  • Translate technical terms into everyday language and manage expectations, both internally and externally.
  • Provide formal regular status reports to sales management which include forecast, pipeline, and activity summary information.
  • Monitor & report revenue and pipeline results weekly via CRM tool for assigned Markets or Geographies to ensure performance goals are met.
  • Develop business & financial knowledge of offering and its impact on potential business.
  • Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with our customers and understanding their needs.
  • Explore new opportunities in the market (mainly Data centers, Water, Energy, and Industry).
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years sales, direct sales, or consulting experience.
  • Familiarity with similar positions in commercial management (experience in the same sector is highly appreciated).
  • Strong command of English (written & spoken).
  • Ability to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to set and be accountable for challenging targets.
  • Ability to influence, empower, coach, and motivate others.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong business track record.
  • Experience dealing with clients at the highest level.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful business strategies.
  • Driving license.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Experience in Low Voltage Switchboards.
  • Education in electrical or electronic engineering, computer science, manufacturing information technology, or related discipline.
