Gain comprehensive knowledge within IT Support
As IT Support Trainee in Orifarm, you will be a first point of contact for many employees in the organization. Therefore, you will gain a comprehensive knowledge about different procedures, handling of devices, etc.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  1. Providing support to internal users with their technology related needs.
  2. Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, telephony and other related technology devices.
  3. Local and remote support to internal users with their technology-related needs.
  4. Following and developing Standard Operating Procedures, as well as maintaining detailed documentation.
  5. Following system development life cycle methodology, policies and standards.

A curious student within IT Support
Please note that this position is solely for students currently undergoing the Danish education as IT Supporter and, more precisely, it is for the part of these students that have passed their basic training (grundforløb) and are ready for the next phase.

We are looking for a trainee who is curious and self-driven. We value close collaboration, so being a team player with a positive attitude is a must. As this is a learning position, you must aim high when it comes to knowledge and learning new skills.

We are an international company, so you must be fluent in English and Danish. You will be supporting all of our colleagues on a daily basis, so being service-minded and able to communicate at eye level is essential.

Who is IT Support in Orifarm?
The IT department in Orifarm is divided into smaller teams. As an IT Support Trainee, you will be part of our IT Support team. The team is based in many different locations in Europe, both in the Czech Republic, Germany, and Denmark.

Your workplace will be at our Headquarters in Odense. As the manager of the IT Support department is based in CZ, your reference will be the manager of our IT Operations team, located in Odense.

Orifarm is an international company and as a team, we support all of our users at all locations. We are in close cooperation with the other teams within IT, which are mainly located in Denmark. Supporters in Denmark focus on users in the Nordic mostly, but when needed we assist our colleagues in CZ.

There is a great variety of tasks due to the size of our company as well as the nature of the environment. There will for sure be plenty of challenges for the right applicant. The atmosphere is friendly and informal. Your primary tool will be the ticket system where we handle and prioritize all the tickets and tasks. We strive to deliver a good service and a good experience for the users by continuously improving the process.
