About the job
Your main responsibility will be to closely follow every step of our larger projects and be part of both the business controlling team and the Engineering & Supply management team. Your primary tasks will be:

  • Ensure close follow up for our larger projects within the organization.
  • Manage main stakeholders, like Project Managers/Order Managers in both Europe and Asia, Head of Engineering & Supply, Head of Global Sales, auditors, etc.
  • Responsible for accurate and appropriate recording of accounting transactions within Work in Progress.
  • Provide financial support to project management.
  • Implement and maintain financial project follow up ensuring compliance with statutory and group rules.
  • Collaborate effectively with our Project Managers, including updating budgets and timelines with high quality.
  • Create and maintain relevant KPIs to ensure accountability within the organization.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Master's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Strong background in accounting.
  • Solid IT competencies within MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP, and business intelligence.
  • Strong business understanding.
  • Preferably a track record from international engineering and manufacturing businesses.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Background in auditing from a major auditing company.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex matrix organization.
  • Profound tactical and operational skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Danish is a prerequisite for this role.
