Customer Success Specialist (German-speaking) About Us

To continue delivering outstanding customer experiences, we're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to work closely with our Head of Support & Success. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in customer-facing interactions, enjoys working on and executing strategic success initiatives, and wants to make a real impact in a fast-growing SaaS company.

What You'll Do
  • Provide excellent customer support via email, phone, and video calls.
  • Onboard new B2B clients, guiding them through our platform and ensuring a smooth start.
  • Introduce German as a support language, contributing to translations and Help Center content.
  • Hold product demos and training sessions for new users.
  • Assist with launching new initiatives and success programs to drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the product team by sharing customer insights and feedback to drive improvements.
  • Work alongside the Head of Success on executing success projects and initiatives.
  • Support the sales team as needed, including assisting with pre-sales inquiries, providing product knowledge, and helping potential clients understand our solutions.
What We're Looking For
  • Native level German skills - both written and verbal.
  • Professional level English skills - both written and verbal.
  • Have 12 - 24 months of proven work experience in customer support, customer success, or a similar role (preferably in B2B SaaS or IT).
  • Comfortable with video calls, demos, and guiding customers through onboarding.
  • Proactive, structured, and comfortable working on new initiatives.
  • Ability to work closely with different teams (product, support, success, sales).
  • A problem-solver who enjoys making processes better.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with customer success tools (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and providing technical support, especially in a SaaS environment.
  • Background in translating or creating multilingual support content.
  • Experience supporting a sales team or handling pre-sales interactions.
  • Understanding of the German market, including trends, needs, and regulations related to mileage documentation and reimbursement.
  • It would be absolutely fantastic if you have professional Dutch writing skills.
