We are expanding rapidly and looking to add a bookkeeper with an international mindset to our growing team in Copenhagen.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handling daily bookkeeping and financial records for our entities in Benelux region and Germany.
• Responsible for timely bookings considering month-end closing process.
• Managing bank reconciliations.
• Processing payments and supplier invoices.
• Handling travel expenses and credit card reports.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end reconciliations.
• Working with external advisors on taxes and financial reporting (VAT, corporate tax, payroll taxes, etc.).

Who You Are:

• You have experience in bookkeeping/accounting, preferably in an international company.
• You're comfortable with taking responsibility and delivering accurate work.
• You bring a positive, proactive attitude to solving tasks.
• You're service-minded and enjoy working with colleagues, clients, and partners.
• You have a strong eye for detail and a structured approach to work.
• You're English skills are sufficient to collaborate in an international environment, both written and spoken; Danish is NOT required.
• You're skilled in Microsoft Office and have experience with financial systems (knowledge of E-conomic is a plus).

Start Date:

As soon as possible The position can be full-time or part-time (30-32 hours per week).
