Vi søger en tekniker til Manufactoring Engineering teamet i Glostrup. Som tekniker vil du have intern kontakt med vores produktion og herunder afdelinger som:
- Quality Control
- Quality Assurance
- Planning Department
- Purchasing Department
- Workplace Service
Samtidig vil du også have kontakt med foretrukne leverandører, som Agilent har indgået en serviceaftale med vedrørende service/vedligeholdelse af udstyr eller leverandører, der har særlige kompetencer indenfor et fag/udstyrsområde.
Dine vigtigste arbejdsopgaver vil være:
- Vedligeholde produktionsudstyr og installationer (reparation, kalibrering, kontrol og service)
- Koordination med leverandører
- Deltage i valideringsaktiviteter
- Registrer og dokumenter i henhold til GxP (logbøger, formularer osv.)
- Deltage i projekter vedr. introduktion af nyt udstyr og ombygning af udstyr.
- Deltage i teknisk vagt.
Sammen med dine kollegaer vil du indgå i teknikvagt. Dette vil betyde, at du indgår i en vagtordning, som består i, at man har vagt 24/7 hver syvende uge, hvor man også med fordel har kendskab til kølemaskiner, ventilation og CTS (Centralt styret system).
I forhold til jobbet er det afgørende, at du er fleksibel, da der til tider kan forekomme akut og planlagt vedligehold uden for arbejdstiden. Dette er for at imødekomme vigtigheden af, at produktionen kører med mindst mulig nedetid.
Kvalifikationer: Vi forestiller os at:
- Du har en relevant uddannelse som automatiktekniker, industritekniker eller en anden teknisk retning, gerne med en håndværksmæssig baggrund som maskinarbejder, elektriker, smed eller lign.
- Vi leder efter dig som:
- Har hænderne rigtig skruet på og har stor teknisk forståelse
- Har en analytisk tilgang
- Har erfaring med fejlfinding på komplekse produktionsmaskiner-/anlæg
- Er en god kommunikatør og service minded
- Er selvstændig
- Har med fordel erfaring med Medical Device branchen i lignende stilling
- Har erfaring med Microsoft Office pakken
- Taler flydende dansk - både skrift og tale samt har et godt engelsk niveau
