Business Analyst – Insider Risk Management

The Business Analyst (BA) role is critical for assisting with the implementation of the Microsoft (MS) Purview Insider Risk Management (IRM) tool. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, focusing on capability mapping and solution design to enhance security and compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define requirements related to the IRM service and planning.
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing processes impacted by the IRM solution; define roles and responsibilities.
- Implementation support: Assist in the execution of the implementation plan to effectively identify insider risks.
- Documentation and reporting: Create and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with conducting qualitative interviews
- Experience with coordinating and facilitating meetings
- Knowledge of Information Protection, specifically experience with Purview IRM
- Knowledge of MS Sensitivity Labels is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks
