Accelerate Your Career in Financial Performance Management at Danske Bank
In the Financial Management & Projects team, we are committed to analysing and optimizing financial performance for Personal & Business Customers (P&BC).

You will be instrumental in contributing to performance monitoring, engaging in strategic dialogues with business units, and providing insights to senior management. Our work supports Danske Bank's strategic vision and prepares us for future challenges.

Your primary responsibility is to investigate and understand the underlying performance of Business Customers and provide your view on the overall business performance together with your colleagues. Furthermore, your role is to:

• Develop and maintain coherent reporting as the foundation for our monthly performance follow-up, rolling forecast models and financial target setting
• Conduct in-depth performance analyses on performance related topics individually and in collaboration with colleagues across the Nordics and other departments
• Facilitate effective dialogue and collaboration across the business unit and with key stakeholders, enhancing decision-making processes focused on value creation
• Build and expand these strategic relationships within the bank further, providing a robust platform for your future career growth in Danske Bank.
• Present analytical findings to senior management influencing strategic decisions and operational standards

Motivated Business Analyst with great communication skills
You enjoy having a steep learning curve while developing a sound understanding of the business drivers in the financial sector. You are a structured, motivated and a proactive person with the ability to work in a time-sensitive setting.

Furthermore, it is beneficial to:

• Have a good analytical mind-set and being capable of developing your own views on how to improve financial performance
• Excel at stakeholder management and take pride in ensuring smooth processes to enhance value creation
• Are an expert user of Microsoft Excel, ideally also experienced in SQL and/or EPM systems such as SAP
• Be able to carry out several tasks at the same time, flexible at peaks and you do your best to deliver high-quality results on deadlines
• Fluent in a Nordic language
• Most importantly, you want to make a difference

Additionally, you have a master's degree in finance, economics or similar. Industry knowledge is beneficial, but not a requirement.
