Join our management consultancy at Ramboll, where we bridge technical, regulatory and environmental expertise and commercial business understanding. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the most impactful transactions for renewable energy assets (e.g., biomethane, solar PV, wind energy, green hydrogen) and green technology targets (e.g., within Power-to-X, Bio-to-X). Regardless of your background, you will play a key role in generating synergistic results alongside our expert Ramboll team. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Be an integral part of our team running integrated Due Diligence for both buy- and sell-side, managing multiple workstreams and/or running your own workstream(s).
• Combining insights from Technical, Regulatory and Commercial experts and presenting them to senior management, covering strategic alternatives, benchmarking, and financial performance.
• Performing financial analysis to evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conducting market and competitor analysis, engaging in management consulting activities such as market assessments, feasibility studies, and operational evaluations.
• Developing business cases to assess feasibility and potential benefits.
• Supporting business development and sales activities, including project proposals, client presentations, and reports.

For this role, we require the following:

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with a strong academic record (top 15% of class).
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in M&A, banking, consulting, or strategy roles.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a logical and systematic approach.
• An ambitious mindset, striving for excellence and making an impact in sustainable transformation.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including proficiency in presentations.
• Strong organisational, time management, and research skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Passion for sustainability and excitement about making an impact in re-shaping industry and driving the green transition.
