Hos IT-virksomheden Cepheo søger vi en studentermedhjælper 15 timer ugentligt til vores nordiske MarCom-afdeling med placering i Carlsbergbyen.

Som studentermedhjælper vil du få ansvaret for opgaver som:

  • Upload af webindhold i CMS: Du bliver medansvarlig for at opdatere og vedligeholde vores hjemmeside og andre digitale platforme.
  • Rapportering: Website performance og trafik samt Cepheo LinkedIn aktivitet.
  • Markedsundersøgelser: Du vil assistere med at indsamle, strukturere og analysere data om vores målgrupper og konkurrenter.
  • Visuel kommunikation: Fra PowerPoint-præsentationer til videoredigering - du hjælper med at skabe overbevisende indhold.
  • Oversættelse: Du vil stå for at sende og modtage tekster og dokumenter til vores eksterne oversættelsesbureau.
  • Organisering og opdatering af filer: Du vil bidrage til at strukturere og vedligeholde vores dokumenter og filer.

Udover ovenstående opgaver vil du sammen med vores anden studentermedhjælper understøtte den øvrige organisation inklusiv HR samt udføre diverse administrative ad hoc-opgaver som indkøb og forsendelse af pakker.

Kvalifikationer:

Vi forventer at du har erfaring fra et tidligere job, hvor du har taget ansvar for dine opgaver og har lært at håndtere forventninger. Erfaring med alle eller flere af ovenstående opgaver vil være en fordel.

Det vigtigste er dog, at du er selvstændig, struktureret og tager ejerskab for egne opgaver, da du vil komme til at håndtere flere opgaver samtidig i en dynamisk hverdag, der kan kræve, at du er opsøgende og dermed ikke er bange for at tage kontakt.

Studenterjobbet sker naturligvis i fin balance med dit studie, hvilket vi som udgangspunkt forventer er MarCom-relateret som eksempelvis HA Comm/Pro/Almen/IB.
