Then you might be the new member of our team to take on a newly established role as Learning and Development Specialist in Nine United.

You will be part of a small team of 2 colleagues working with multiple HR related areas and administration and working closely with a wider team of colleagues representing locally each of our brands in the Nine United family.
The position is based at our office in Horsens. Travelling between our locations in Denmark will be required. Start up is 1st of November or as soon as possible.
WORK AREAS
We are looking for a new colleague to structure, lead, coordinate and perform our onsite and online training programs together with external experts within specific skills where relevant making sure that we always have the latest knowledge in the market. In addition to this your work areas will include:
- Onboarding of new colleagues ensuring the foundation for effective employee development.
- Being our culture ambassador ensuring our founding principles and values are firmly rooted in our colleagues.
- Establishing and coordinating leadership training program with external provider.
- Setting up mentoring and coaching initiatives - pairing experienced employees with newer team members to ensure and foster knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Handling tuition reimbursement programs to encourage continuous learning.
- Establishing regular workshops on specific skills with external provider (e.g., sales, communication, time management) contributing to professional growth.
- Establishing online learning platforms together with our IT colleagues where our colleagues can access e-learning resources and learn at their own pace.
- Structuring job rotation and shadowing to broaden our colleagues perspectives and skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have a background within HR, Training or Communication combined with 3+ years of experience working with development administration and structuring training programs. For our future online training, you possess good practical experience with learning management software, MS Office and databases from previous roles and have excellent knowledge of traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
ABOUT YOU
You have the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences and getting the message across in a humorous yet pragmatic way. You have a strong command of English and possess great presentation skills.
You are characterized by being structured and possess a good overview when things are running fast and always making that extra effort to complete a task. To succeed in the role, it is imperative that you both thrive being on stage interacting and engaging with your colleagues as well as administering and coordinating everything behind the scenes to make the training programs effective.
You work well in teams as well as independently. You always contribute with a positive mindset and humor which affects colleagues around you. Last but not least you see opportunities rather than limitations.
