With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.
What we offerThe opportunity to oversee the firmware development of advanced wireless communication systems alongside other skilled project managers and engineers in our Accessory team. You will join one of the most innovative and fastest growing companies in our business. Working in an agile environment, you will build a mixed portfolio of execution and innovation projects where the development of our accessories improves special hearing situations in combination with hearing aids. This is an opportunity to work with R&D projects and at the same time motivate and develop a team of highly skilled embedded software developers.
Joining us, you’ll become a key part of the Accessory development group in Lynge. We are a team of approx. 16 engineers and 4 project managers responsible for strategic roadmap projects like HA chargers and advanced wireless streaming devices. You’ll be a part of a project leadership team that coordinates efforts and resources across the Accessory portfolio and work with project improvements where they fail to meet expectations.

You will be at the helm of a SCRUM team of around 8 embedded firmware developers and testers and coordinate the releases in collaboration with other project managers.
You contribute valuably to collective endeavors, encouraging peers along the way, and you are committed to attaining your goals in harmony with the allocated resources and the consensus on quality benchmarks. Also, you are not afraid of facing unexpected issues, but your calm mindset will inspire your team and stakeholders to resolve the issues in a constructive manner.
The right candidate for this position is enthusiastic about project management and measures their own effective leadership in terms of team performance.
Your responsibilities- Facilitate the process of defining project scope, prioritizations, project planning and ensure involvement of relevant stakeholders.
- Align plans and ensure appropriate integration points with other projects also delivering to the same program.
- Clearly communicate project goals and set expectations on team level as well as motivate individual team members to deliver on time and on scope.
- Continuously improve project processes.
- Maintain a professional approach to delivering high quality software releases.
- Guide, coach and direct a team of software developers and testers.
- Bachelor or master’s in computer science, IT, Software, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in project management within an R&D department.
- Experience in project management in an international work environment.
- You are familiar with working in an international multisite set-up.
- You are motivated, pro-active, have good analytical skills and a structured mindset.
- You excel at collaborating and can find viable solutions through good team and stakeholder cooperation.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
