Om rollen
Du får en nøglerolle i etableringen af nye aftaler. TV 2 er underlagt reglerne for offentlige udbud, og du skal i samarbejde med TV 2s Contract Management-afdeling tage ansvar for processen med at gennemføre udbudsprocesser. Du skal facilitere og kvalitetssikre de kravsspecifikationer, der indgår i udbudsmaterialerne og fungere som projektleder på processen.

Jobbet har desuden en administrativ del, hvor du bliver ansvarlig for håndtering af en eksisterende portefølje af kontrakter. Her skal du sikre at TV 2 modtager de ydelser vi betaler for, og sikre, at de har den rette kvalitet samt at budgetterne overholdes. Du får ansvaret for at forecaste forbruget indenfor domænet og sikre, at også de samlede budgetter optimeres.

Dine primære ansvarsområder bliver:

  • Overblik og overordnet ansvar for, at udbud bliver gennemført i samarbejde med tekniske projektledere, Contract Management og produktteams
  • Håndtere vigtige leverandørsamarbejder, herunder løbende opfølgning, evaluering af performance og sikre optimal værdirealisering af aftaler
  • Støtte etableringen af rammerne og kravene til leverandører, herunder compliance, GDPR, sikkerhed, ESG-rapportering
  • Forbedre og automatisere vores processer, specielt inden for lifecycle management
  • Sikre økonomisk overblik og forecast forbundet med applikationer, hardware og workflow i domænet

Det vil også være dig, der står for eksekveringen af on-boarding & off-boarding af vores eksterne arbejdsstyrke i samarbejde med vores produktteams i Live Technology. I den forbindelse vil du stå for vejledning og support ift. leverandør- og omkostningsoptimering, så vi skaber transparens omkring omkostninger i produktteams og på tværs af domænet.

Vi forestiller os, at du har en præference for at arbejde med økonomistyring, indkøbs- og kontraktforhandlingsproces, hvor du har et tæt samarbejde med eksterne leverandører.
