Key Responsibilities:

  1. Spearhead intelligent automation initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft O365, providing strategic guidance and support in utilizing Power Platforms and Power BI to unlock actionable insights.
  3. Knowledge in SAP as system and integration and optimization projects, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational objectives.
  4. Embrace an autonomous working style, taking ownership of projects and change initiatives from inception to execution.
  5. Cultivate a customer-centric mindset, delivering exceptional support and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
  6. Provide expert support in common applications within the O365 package, offering timely resolutions and enhancing user experience.
Qualifications
  1. Experience in Intelligent Automation, Microsoft O365 (Power Platforms, Power BI), UIPath, and SAP.
  2. Demonstrated autonomy in managing projects and change initiatives.
  3. Strong customer orientation with excellent support skills in common applications, particularly within the O365 suite.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  5. Fluent in English and Danish.
  6. Strategic mindset with a passion for driving technological innovation and business transformation.
  7. Relevant certifications and qualifications are a plus.
