Velkommen til det danske Digital Sales & Engagement team i Nordea. Vi skaber værdi ved at lave det rigtige indhold og en god kunderejse på vores digitale kanaler: nordea.dk, vores app, i netbank og andre kanaler. Som Content Manager i det danske team vil du spille en stor rolle i Nordeas digitale tilstedeværelse og producere godt indhold til vores brugere.

Det danske team har vokseværk, og vi leder derfor efter en erfaren, datadreven Content Manager.

Du vil blandt andet få ansvar for at:

  • Skrive indhold Der er meget skrivearbejde, og du ved, hvordan man skriver både indlevende og brugervenlige tekster (banksprog kan være komplekst, og dit job er at få kunderne til at forstå, hvad det handler om).
  • Producere relevant indhold til specifikke målgrupper på tværs af kanaler, altid med et højt kvalitetsniveau.
  • Arbejde i CMS og redigere, opsætte, optimere og publicere indhold på nordea.dk.
  • Bidrage til SEO performance og trafikgenerering i samarbejde med vores SEO specialist.
  • Løbende at følge op på performance af content.
  • Arbejde tæt sammen med kollegaer ved at brainstorme ideer, skabe koncepter og fortælle vores historie. Og ved at skrive, redigere og optimere tekster til vores nuværende og potentielle kunder.
  • Tænke kreativt og tværfagligt. Vi har brug for dine gode ideer til at skabe digital synergi mellem vores kanaler.

For at få succes i denne rolle forestiller vi os, at:

  • Du ved, hvordan kuglepennen skal vende – og så har du selvfølgelig flere års erfaring med at skrive og skabe content.
  • Du har forståelse for, at det indhold, vi skaber, først og fremmest skal give værdi for kunden.
  • Du er et helt igennem digitalt menneske.
  • Du ved, at et website kun fungerer, hvis man opdaterer, vedligeholder og optimerer dets indhold.
  • Du er visuelt orienteret og forstår, hvordan man sætter en CMS side op, så den fungerer både på mobil og desktop (du har basisviden om Photoshop).
  • Du elsker at arbejde med andre mennesker, har en god forståelse for stakeholder management og måske en lille projektleder i maven.
  • Du er struktureret.
  • Du er selvkørende og trives med mange forskellige opgaver og deadlines.

Din erfaring og baggrund:

  • Du har arbejdet med at skrive og skabe indhold, og altid med udgangspunkt i brugerens behov.
  • Du har erfaring med at fremstille content til forskellige målgrupper.
  • Du er datadreven og forstår, hvorfor data er en væsentlig del af at optimere content.
  • Du har kendskab til SEO og kan arbejde tæt med specialister for at øge den organiske trafik til vores website.
  • Du har tidligere arbejdet med CMS, og det er en fordel, hvis du har arbejdet med Tridion (plus Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target og Siteimprove).
  • Du har kendskab til Photoshop.
  • Du taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk.
