About the department
You will become part of the People & Organisation (P&O) Business Partnering unit and report directly to the Director of the CMC P&O Business Partnering team. The team consists of a number of highly engaged HR BPs supporting different CVP areas of CMC and driving people related projects. We value and support each other when solving business challenges, fostering our culture and driving results through collaboration.
The Position
You will be the HR Business Partner of one Corporate Vice President and their business area in Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Development & Scaling.
CMC Development & Scaling is the link between research and production and supplies all products needed for Novo Nordisk's clinical trials around the world. We develop, manufacture, and distribute drug candidates for clinical trials and develop commercial manufacturing processes and technologies along with consistent scientific documentation for drug approval.
Your main focus is to understand the business priorities and translate strategy into relevant and impactful HR actions, which include driving:
- Organisational development and effectiveness
- Strategic workforce management
- Change management
- Diversity & Inclusion
- Culture and engagement
- Cross functional P&O projects
You will collaborate with HR partner colleagues and executive functions to drive organizational efficiency and shape an inclusive employee environment rooted in our values– Novo Nordisk Way. Furthermore, you will act as trusted advisor and will build solid relationships with the business and the P&O organisation, identify challenges and play an advisory role in addressing them.
Qualifications
You are characterised by being a strong and pragmatic executor with a strategic can-do mindset. A person people want to work with and who is respected by stakeholders because you drive things forward and because you have a high personal integrity, which allows you to offer your perspectives respectfully.
Ideally, you:
- Have 4-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or leadership within a large, international and culturally diverse environment with change management and organisational development
- Are able to think strategically and to translate business into HR actions, based on a thorough understanding of the challenges and future outlook.
- Know how to remove people and organization related roadblocks, ensuring strong support to strategy implementation
- Comfortable or ready to facilitate workshops
- A team player that supports your colleagues
- Hold a relevant academic degree within HR, Organization, Business Psychology or similar.
- Are fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
It is natural for you to bridge opinions, among other things, by demonstrating good cultural understanding and stakeholder management. You find solutions and get people to collaborate, focusing on what matters most for the end-user, and you are an experienced process facilitator.
