Du bliver en del af et team på 10 dedikerede kolleger med stor erfaring og dyb domæneviden. Vi arbejder agilt med Scrum og prioriterer opgaver fra en unified backlog. Din rolle: Fra behovsafklaring til transformation

Som Forretningskonsulent bliver du en nøglespiller i teamet.Du vil:

  • Bygge bro mellem teknik og forretning : Afstemme behov og forventninger med kunder og interne teams for at sikre den bedste løsning.
  • Facilitere og optimere : Lede Scrum-events og drive vores agile arbejdsgange mod konstant forbedring.
  • Transformere teamet : Bidrage til at omdanne os fra et service team til et platformteam med fokus på processtyring og governance.
  • Levere kvalitet : Sikre, at kundernes dokumenter er korrekte og sætter standarden for compliance samt overholder retningslinjer for det kommende tilgængelighedsdirektiv.

Succeskriterier: Hvordan du skaber værdi fra dag ét

De første 6-12 måneder handler om at sætte dig ind i vores domæne og gøre en reel forskel. Det betyder, at du skal:

  • Forstå og kortlægge nuværende processer og flows inden for customer communication management.
  • Sikre, at leverancer til kunderne sker rettidigt og lever op til deres krav.
  • Være en aktiv deltager i forhold til optimering af det agile arbejde i temaet, herunder Scrum-events og på sigt overtage ansvaret for facilitering af disse.
Hvem er du?

Vi leder efter en struktureret og engageret facilitator, der:

  • Har en kandidatgrad inden for IT eller Software Engineering – gerne suppleret med agile kurser.
  • Har erfaring med ITIL, DevOps og agile frameworks som Scrum.
  • Kan kommunikere komplekse tekniske koncepter til forretningen og samtidig udfordre status quo for at finde de bedste løsninger.
  • Har modet til at tage ansvar og en nysgerrighed, der driver dig til at lære og vokse i rollen.

Erfaring med WCAG og datadrevne beslutninger er et plus, men ikke et krav. Vi vægter din evne til at samarbejde og skabe værdi højt.
