I jobbet som Compliance Risk Specialist, vil du stå for eksekveringen og videreudviklingen af 3's rammeværk for identifikation, vurdering og styring af risici.

Vi søger vores nye kollega, der er drevet af lige dele compliance- og forretningsforståelse, og formalisering af et fælles rammeværk for risikostyring, indenfor områderne cyber- og informationssikkerhed, data etik, privacy- og databeskyttelse og sustainability.

I rollen identificerer du løbende muligheder for at udvikle vores tiltag og agerer proaktivt på ny lovgivning, trends samt generel udvikling inden for områderne. I stillingen som Compliance Risk Specialist bliver du en del af Governance, Risk og Compliance teamet, i 3's Legal & Regulatory afdeling.

Du får et globalt netværk af ligesindede, hvor vi har vidensdeling og sparring på tværs. Samtidig vil du interagere på kryds og tværs i såvel den danske organisation som vores svenske IT- og netværksorganisation. Vi værdsætter teamwork højt, og du vil derfor også få et tæt samarbejde med dine kolleger i GRC-teamet og resten af Legal & Regulatory.

Hvad får du ansvar for?
Som Compliance Risk Specialist vil du have ansvaret for, at 3 efterlever lovgivningen indenfor cyber- og informationssikkerhed, privacy- og databeskyttelse og sustainability. Målet er at skabe et stærkt fundament for vores risikostyringsarbejde, der understøtter nødvendige forretningsmæssige beslutninger, og du har i den forbindelse følgende overordnede ansvarsområder:

  • Definere og opdatere rammer for risikokortlægning, herunder identifikation og evaluering
  • Koordinere løbende opdatering af risikokortlægning med forretning og IT
  • Bidrage til nødvendige justeringer i politikker, træning eller procedurer med henblik på at nedbringe risici
  • Udføre kontroller og foretage selvevaluering (ESG/ISO 27001/GDPR)
  • Varetage løbende overvågning og rettidig opfølgning af mitigerende handlinger, herunder vurdere effekt af mitigerende indsatser
  • Løbende forbedrer procedurer for risikokortlægning og -håndtering for at understøtte en effektiv styring
  • Vedligeholdelse af risikovurderinger- og registre mv i RISMA

Din baggrund
Du kan være nyuddannet kandidat eller måske have flere års erfaring i bagagen. Din uddannelsesmæssige baggrund er ikke så vigtig, men det er vigtigt for os at du har solid forretningsforståelse, har hands on-erfaring med at arbejde risikobaseret indenfor compliance, samt har indsigt i standarder og globale frameworks. Frem for alt har du en klar interesse i at gøre en forskel på området.

Den rette kandidat for os

  • kommer gerne med erfaring og viden indenfor compliance, audit eller risk management, og har kendskab til internationale standarder på området (ISO/IEC27001, ISO31000 el.lign.)
  • har et udtalt projektledergen og kan engagere sig på tværs af organisationen
  • har gennemslagskraft, tager ejerskab og agerer proaktivt
  • evner at identificere risici og komme med anbefalinger i et sammensat IT- og systemlandskab
  • har øje for at drive forbedringsprocesser, der øger effektiviteten af vores risikostyring
  • er særdeles gode venner med Excel, og evt. rapporteringsværktøjer som Power BI
  • har god forståelse for at kommunikere komplekse sammenhænge på en klar og forståelig måde – både internt og eksternt
  • er flydende på både dansk og engelsk
