Brænder du for levende musik og sociale medier?

DR Koncerthuset søger en engageret og struktureret social media-wizard, der kan udvikle, skabe og producere inspirerende indhold og fortællinger på tværs af vores sociale platforme.

Som en del af vores medieteam vil du spille en central rolle i at styrke DR's orkestre og kor som stærke, genkendelige brands. Det gør du ved at påvirke vores content-strategi og omsætte den til konkret indhold, der fanger og fastholder publikum. Samtidig skal du hjælpe os med at hæve standarden for SoMe i vores del af branchen og tage vores indhold til næste niveau.

Medieteamet arbejder tæt sammen med DR koncerthusets markedsføring, hvor bl.a. Social Media manager, der står for publicering, community management og datamonitorering sidder.

Du vil være bindeled mellem de forskellige teams omkring kor og orkestre, markedsføring, tv, radio og de sociale platforme. Du skal i samarbejde med vores Social Media Manager få flere til at opleve værdien af den levende musik som den udfolder sig med DR's Kor & Orkestre i DR.

Du får ansvar for at:

  1. Skabe og koordinere engagerende, platformsformateret kvalitetsindhold til profiler som DR Symfoniorkestret, DR Vokalensemblet og DR Big Band – altid baseret på data om brugeradfærd og strategiske indholdsplaner.
  2. Udvikle og drive contentformater, der bringer musikken tættere på publikum – både på kort og lang sigt.
  3. Samarbejde tæt med vores Social Media Manager og kollegaer fra medieteamet, markedsføringsafdelingen og produktionsenhederne for at sikre sammenhæng og kontinuitet.
  4. Bestille, briefe og lede indholdsproduktion med både interne og eksterne kræfter.
  5. Uddanne og inspirere kollegaer, så vi sammen kan løfte den digitale fortælling om DR's kor og orkestre.

Du er en stærk kommunikator med passion for musik og evnen til at formidle levende fortællinger. Samtidig er du:

  • Erfaren inden for produktion og udvikling af SoMe-indhold.
  • Struktureret i din tilgang til planlægning og eksekvering på tværs af platforme.
  • Teknologisk skarp, gerne med erfaring i at bruge kunstig intelligens som en del af dine arbejdsprocesser.
  • Samarbejdsorienteret og gennemslagskraftig, med fokus på at skabe resultater.
  • Optaget af musik og kultur – indsigt i den levende musiks værdi og relevans i samfundet er en fordel men ikke et krav.
