Job description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As part of Alba Project Group, we expect you to act professional, build trust with our customers and deliver as agreed. Furthermore, you excel in the typical Project Management disciplines. You are skilled within stakeholder management, tactical and practical management of design, management of engineering providers/vendors/contractors. Finally, we expect that you as a senior within the field set your professional skills high.
You have comprehensive experience with successful leading of project teams, and you are always ready to demonstrate leadership. As a Senior Project Manager, you will stay calm and focused even under pressure. Most importantly, you understand the value of teamwork, sharing knowledge, and a good laugh at the office
- You hold a master's degree in Engineering or similar.
- 10+ years of experience within Project Management.
- Certification in Project Management is (ex. IPMA, PMI or other) is an advantage.
- Relevant experience from CAPEX projects and a track record in delivering strong results.
- Good understanding of requirements and standards applicable in the pharma industry.
- Solid reasoning, analytical, and people skills.
- You are self-motivated, results oriented, and show strong collaboration skills.
- You are a strong communicator and sell your ideas effectively.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
