Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead project manager, supporting Product Strategy initiatives, including architecture and modularization projects across product, module, and value chain organizations.
- Cooperate with Project managers colleagues to support each other’s growth and development.
- Plan and oversee the combined Architecture & Roadmaps portfolio, ensuring seamless execution of activities.
- Initiate new projects within the portfolio and take responsibility for maintaining high-quality project baselines.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field, demonstrating good analytical skills and the ability to understand complex business and transformation projects.
- At least 8 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in project management within complex, large-scale global organizations.
- Formal training and certification (e.g., PRINCE2, IPMA, Project Management Professional (PMP)) are preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in the wind energy industry is beneficial but not essential.

- Skilled communicator with a keen ability to listen carefully.
- Methodical and organized, with keen attention to detail, while capable of making pragmatic compromises when necessary.
- Experienced in handling complex networks of stakeholder interests and creating enduring, collaborative rapport.
- Solid experience in managing diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Skilled at autonomous work and equally adept at contributing to group effort.
- Thrives in a dynamic, busy, and flexible working environment.
