Dine hovedopgaver vil være:

  • I samarbejde med Head of PMO, at understøtte vedligeholdelseschefer for mekaniske og elektriske anlæg, jernbanetekniske- og konstruktion samt anlægsafdeling i den daglige styring af anlægsprojektet
  • Bistå med overdragelse af ny anlæg til Asset Management
  • Styring og rapportering af leverandør- og rådgiveraftaler
  • Kontraktforhandlinger med underleverandør til vedligeholdelsesprojekter
  • Analyserer og optimere databaseret vedligehold systemer
  • Selvstændigt drive udviklingsprojekter og diverse strategiopgaver.
  • Bistå Head of PMO med at koordinere og udarbejde materiale til forretningsmøder og bestyrelsesmøder mv.

Hvem er du?
Vi forestiller os, at du har en ingeniøruddannelse eller lignende, gerne tre til fem års relevant erfaring

Din arbejdsstil er selvstændig, men du indgår naturligt i et team og forstår at søge løsninger i samarbejde med andre. Du er resultatorienteret, struktureret og evner at arbejde med både komplekse problemstillinger og mere rutineprægede opgaver. Du udvikler naturligt og selvstændigt samarbejdsrelationer på tværs fagligheder og ledelsesniveauer. Vi lægger bl.a. vægt på følgende evner hos dig:

  • Evne til at håndtere mange opgaver med korte frister uden at miste overblikket

  • Stærke projektstyringsevner og erfaring med ledelsesbetjening
  • Godt kendskab til MS Excel, MS PowerPoint og det er et plus hvis man har erfaring med Power BI
  • Stærke kommunikative evner både i skrift og tale på dansk og engelsk

Dit primære arbejdssted vil være på vores kontor i Halsskov, men der vil forekomme arbejdsdage og møder på vores kontor i Vester Søgade, København V

Bor du på Fyn eller i Jylland, vil der være fri passage over Storebæltsbroen, til og fra arbejde.

Du bliver en del af en forholdsvis nyoprettet PMO afdeling, hvor der lige nu kun er en afdelingsleder. I vil være en del af et fagligt dygtigt, Asset Management lederteam, hvor der er meget samarbejde på tværs afdelingerne.
