Canon søger en Integration Specialist med fokus på softwareløsninger til dokument og workflow systemer
Vi søger en dedikeret Integration Specialist til vores afdeling for Professional Services. Afdelingen understøtter sammen med Canon Solution Teamet salg af softwareløsninger og serviceydelser, som er et af Canons store vækstområder.

Professional Services varetager implementering, support og udvikling af softwareløsninger og services og består af 12 kompetente medarbejdere fordelt på flere lokationer i Danmark.

Som Integration Specialist bidrager du til at levere Information Management Løsninger og Services af høj kvalitet. Med primært fokus på dokumenthåndtering, workflow og fakturahåndtering (P2P) vil du være ansvarlig for den tekniske leverance knyttet til en implementering og efterfølgende deltage i vedligeholdelse og support af vores kunders løsninger. Det er en forudsætning, at du er god til at samarbejde og koordinere aktiviteter på tværs af organisationen samt med underleverandører og kunder. Da du til tider deltager i salgsprocessen og på kundemøder er det vigtigt, at du også trives med den rolle.

Du kommer til at arbejde med kunder primært danske med plads i Søborg eller Vejle, men med hele Danmark som din arbejdsplads.

Dine opgaver
Som Integration Specialist ved Canon skal du:

  • Designe, planlægge og implementere komplette løsninger
  • Drive et projekt i mål selvstændigt eller i samarbejde med en projektorganisation
  • Udarbejde teknisk og funktionel dokumentation
  • Indgå i PS teamets support beredskab
  • Sælge og udføre konsulentydelser samt analyser

Hvad forventer vi af dig?
Om dig

  • Du har en relevant teoretisk/teknisk baggrund og gerne 3-5 års erfaring fra relevant stilling med kendskab til B2B markedet inden for IT
  • Gerne erfaring med Information Management Løsninger, herunder specifikt fakturahåndtering og generel dokumenthåndtering
  • Du har Microsoft Certificeringer/uddannelse - vil være en fordel
  • Du har kendskab til Api script vil være en fordel
  • Du har indgående kendskab til PC/servermiljøer samt netværk
  • Du er serviceminded - sætter kunderne først
  • Du arbejder selvstændig og målrettet - viljen til at gøre en forskel
  • Du er en team-player, der kan bidrage til en god hverdag
  • Du har dansk og engelsk på forretningsniveau både mundtligt og skriftligt
  • Du er analytisk og struktureret med fokus på prioritering, opfølgning og dokumentation samt erfaring med projektledelse
  • Du er inkluderende, anerkendende og reflekterende som menneske.
