Accounts Receivable Accountant

The Accounts Receivable Accountant will play a vital role supporting the GN Audio USA Inc. General Accounting functions as we look to build a strong, knowledgeable and service-oriented accounting team.
Reporting to the Business Controller, NA, the AR Accountant will work closely with other team members in a collaborative nature in order to foster teamwork, good communication and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned Accounts Receivable portfolio to resolve claim issues, disputed invoices, and deductions.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices and reconciliation of outstanding claims.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate the status of assigned customer accounts working with internal business partners to resolve open issues.
- Complete daily payment reconciliation and settlement for assigned accounts.
- Perform credit limit review and make recommendations to management.
- Complete month end process as assigned.
- Active participation in the Annual Financial Audit.
- Support special projects as assigned, activities aimed at continuous improvement and backup of AR functions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business.
- 5+ years of experience.
Pay Transparency Notice:
Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $50,000.00 to $60,000.00. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
