You will lead on a daily basis a bigger agile product team, consisting of engineers, functional consultants, subject-matter experts, ensuring focus on the right priorities to deliver maximum value. The agile product team sits within the Omni Operations Product Line consisting of two other product teams. You will hereby be working side by side with your fellow Product Managers, Architects, Change, Test, and Release Management, owning the full cycle of releasing warehouse management system capabilities into production. 5. Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize value realization, balancing short-term gains with long-term objectives.
  6. Lead the agile product team to deliver customer-focused outcomes, ensuring product development aligns with objectives and meets quality standards.
  7. Support business case development for strategic initiatives, foster best practices, and drive improvements in global processes and capabilities across the Omni Operations product line.
Effective decision-making and focus on delivery

You excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments and thrive on managing change, particularly in digital transformations. You possess strong analytical skills, the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives, and a deep understanding of the software life cycle. Your strong communication and leadership skills allow you to empower cross-functional teams and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. Additionally, we anticipate you have or can demonstrate:

  3. Proven ability to foster deep customer empathy and inspire this within your team.
  4. Skill in leading and empowering large teams in a complex, global environment.
  5. Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, without direct authority.
  6. Strong adaptability, embracing and navigating change while maintaining a clear focus on product impact.
