Key responsibilities include

  • You support line management to implement quality accountability
  • You take part in the implementation of NCR management and accountability in general
  • You identify cost of poor-quality issues and present to (line) management
  • You handle supplier/contractor quality assessment
  • You establish audit plans, database, and KPI's for quality related topics
To thrive in the role, we imagine that you have the following competencies
  • You have significant experience with implementation of QMS
  • You have knowledge of ISO9001, and preferably, lead auditor experience
  • You have the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in an organization
  • Experience within renewable energy is preferred, but not required (e.g. solar, onshore/offshore wind, Power-to-X and Battery Energy Storage Systems)
  • You have good project management skills
  • You have experience with RCA (e.g. CAPA or 8D), D/PFMEA quality risk assessments tools, and supplier/contractor assessment tools, such as PPAP
  • Moreover, it is good if you have general knowledge of ISO45001 and ISO14001
  • The opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders across all departments and countries, and at all levels across European Energy.
  • Taking part in developing frameworks, toolkits, and capabilities from scratch and the opportunity to implement them and QMS at first-mover development projects.
  • To be part of a rapidly growing company at the core of the green transition.
  • The possibility to work in an entrepreneurial environment where gaining hands-on experience is encouraged, while at the same time, new ideas and proactivity are valued.
