Erfaren Frontend Arkitekt søges til kundeorienteret digital transformation

Telenors Solution Architects er en del af Project Management & Solution Design teamet, der organisatorisk er forankret i Technology-divisionen i Telenor. Teamet arbejder kontinuerligt på at understøtte forretningens behov ved at udvikle Telenors fremtidige Arkitektur og tilhørende IT-løsninger.

I denne stilling får du en kerneopgave i at afklare og forstå forretningens behov, og omsætte disse til konkrete tekniske løsninger i customer facing domænet. Her sikrer du, at løsningen understøtter de forretningsmæssige og tekniske kapabiliteter, samt at den lever op til kontrakt, økonomi, kvalitet og design. Du er nysgerrig på at understøtte kundebehovene i markedet ved at tænke brugerrejserne ind i løsningerne og skaber imponerende platforme, der begejstrer kunderne.

Opgaveløsningen kræver tæt dialog med resten af arkitektteamet, såvel som specialister og leverandører både internt og eksternt. Her agerer du sparringspartner og bindeled, hvor du bidrager med din viden og actionspoints på en løsningsorienteret og ansvarsbevidst måde. Du opnår en klar forståelse for det interne landskab og sikrer, at du har de rette interessenter involveret på de rette tider. Ved problemer, søger du efter kompromiser i løsningen med den rette balance og søger for, at opgaverne kommer i mål.

Nysgerrig på dit område og kommunikativ dygtig

Du får som vores nye Solution Architect en rolle i at påvirke og deltage aktivt i realiseringen af Telenor Danmarks strategi, hvor du er med til at føre IT arkitektoniske beslutninger ud i konkrete Frontend-løsninger – til glæde for vores kunder og forretning. Din erfaring med softwareudvikling, systemudvikling eller IT-arkitektur gør, at du effektivt kan bidrage til udviklingen særligt med fokus på selvbetjeningsmuligheder på webpagen og i app. Du har evnen og er villig til at stille spørgsmål ved det vi ”plejer” at gøre, hvor du bidrager med din nysgerrighed og engagement til at sætte dig ind i, hvor vi kan blive endnu bedre.

Det er væsentligt for at lykkes i rollen, at du kan kommunikere modtagerrettet og formidle dine budskaber så de fremstår klart og tydelige. Dette både i samarbejdet med specialister eller leverandører om tekniske detaljer i opgaveløsningen, såvel som når du udarbejder beslutningsoplæg til Telenors ledelse, hvor det handler om at forstå kundens behov. Du trives i, at vi lykkes sammen.

Vi forestiller os, at du har en videregående uddannelse i bagagen fx som Cand.IT, Ingeniør, Datalog eller tilsvarende. Vi ser også gerne, du har erfaring med customer facing domænet, Martech og tænker kunder først.

Du kommer til at indgå i et team med 12 kollegaer, der har forskellige færdigheder, som alle arbejder mod en større modernisering af IT landskabet. I teamet vægter vi samarbejde højt, hvor vi prioriterer den faglige sparring, og har et kontinuerligt fokus på at udvikle os selv og hinanden. Den tilgang håber vi, du deler med os. Teamet er tilknyttet både vores lokation i København og i Aalborg, og derfor kan vi byde vores nye kollega velkommen enten i København eller Aalborg.
