Om din kommende rolle

Som Senior Operations Specialist bliver du en del af et team bestående af kollegaer med stor erfaring inden for etablering, transformation og drift af IT-miljøer.

I denne rolle kommer dine primære arbejdsopgaver bl.a. omfatte håndtering af incidents og driftsrelaterede opgaver, udarbejdelse og vedligeholdelse af dokumentation af driftsprocedurer og rutiner i driftsorganisationen. Derudover kommer du til at deltage i mindre transitionsprojekter, samt onboarding af nye driftskunder.

Dig og dine kvalifikationer

Vi forestiller os, at du har erfaring med drift af IT-miljøer og infrastruktur fra tidligere stillinger, samt har erfaring med automatisering og optimering af processer (herunder diverse scriptsprog). Derudover har du solid erfaring med Microsoft Azure og relaterede services, samt Azure SaaS, PaaS, Devops (CI/ID) infrastruktur som kode.

Når det er sagt, er det vores forhåbning, at du kan nikke genkendende til følgende:

  • Du har solid erfaring med Entra ID, SQL, VM-management, netværksinfrastruktur og IT-sikkerhed.
  • Du har kendskab til Linux distributioner og Linux services.
  • Du har erfaring med brug af ITSM-systemer til strukturering af såvel dokumentation som opgaveløsning.
  • Du har kendskab til ITIL eller lignende rammeværker.
