Du er projektleder med en stærk kommerciel og kontraktuel forståelse, og har succesfuldt arbejdet med implementering af forretningsnære IT-løsninger fra leverandørsiden. Du motiveres af at opnå gode kunderelationer og høj kundetilfredshed, og trives i spændingsfeltet mellem den daglige leverancestyring, økonomi- og kontraktstyring, og den langsigtede forankring af kundeplaner og kundeudvikling. Du tilbydes en rolle i et stærkt leveranceteam, hvor samarbejde, engagement og viljen til at lykkes med teamet præger hverdagen.

Tietoevry leverer digitaliseringsløsninger til offentlige og private virksomheder, og som projektleder i Tietoevry vil du blive tilknyttet forretningsenheden Public 360° , Nordens ledende leverandør af løsninger indenfor digital sags- og dokumenthåndtering (ESDH). Vi er godt 400 medarbejdere i Public 360°, heraf ca. 50 i Danmark, og vi har over 700 kunder i Norden. Opgaver og ansvar

  • Du får en rolle med leverancestyring for en portefølje af vores kunder, hovedsageligt offentlige myndigheder, som du skal servicere.
  • Du varetager den samlede forvaltning af vores kontraktlige engagement for dine kunder, herunder den daglig projektledelse og løbende leverancestyring, herunder planlægning, risikohåndtering, statusrapportering, økonomisk opfølgning og fakturering, m.m.
  • Du skal sikre en proaktiv og konstruktiv dialog med dine kunder, og i samarbejde med den kundeansvarlige sælger i vores salgsafdeling bygger du en tæt relation til dine kunder og deres beslutningstagere. Du indgår og bidrager aktivt i salgsarbejdet på dine kunder, med ansvar for leverancebeskrivelser og estimering. Du kan ligeledes indgå i udbudsarbejde ved offentlige udbud.
  • Herudover deltager du aktivt i vores løbende metodearbejde og kompetenceudvikling i Tietoevry.

Kvalifikationer

  • Du er resultatorienteret, proaktiv og vedholdende, og sætter en ære i at overholde deadlines. Du er samtidig struktureret, analytisk og systematisk af natur.
  • Du har et kommercielt mindset og sætter en ære i, at have tilfredse kunder gennem løbende dialog og forventingsafstemning.
  • Du har erfaring med både aftaleindgåelse og forhandling, ledelse af projektleverancer og udvikling af kundeforholdet fra en tilsvarende konsulentstilling indenfor it-branchen. Erfaring med offentlige udbudsprocesser og kontraktformer såsom SKI, K02 eller lign. er en klar fordel.
  • Du har en relevant videregående uddannelse og har en formel projektleder uddannelse/-certificering, såsom IPMA, PMI, MSP, samt Prince2/Prince2 Agile.
  • Kendskab til, og meget gerne erfaring med, ITIL, Scrum og SAFe er en fordel.
  • Du behersker dansk og engelsk, både i skrift og tale, på højt niveau.
  • Det er et krav at du kan sikkerhedsgodkendes på niveau hemmeligt.
