The Administrative Assistant is an important part of a highly qualified, diverse Private Banking Team.
You will support the Office Manager and team with diversified administrative tasks that let every day be different.
- Key responsible for a diverse range of office management tasks
- Prepare and maintain accurate internal and external reports
- Work on health and safety (including AMO and EWC) with the team
- Assist in local HR topics
- Collaborate across teams and build strong relationships
- Background/previous working experience within the Danish financial sector
- Ideally previous experience in a similar position
- Multi-tasking skills are considered an asset
- A strong team player
- Positive mindset and nature
- Eager to learn and ready to take on new tasks
