Role Description
LEO Pharma has embarked on an ambitious journey to become the preferred dermatology care partner improving people’s lives around the world – and that is why we need you.
You will report directly to the EVP of Global Technical Development & Supply (TDS) and be part of the leadership team. As Head of Business support, together with your 3 direct reports, you will lead key initiatives to support the EVP, develop and own strategic LEAN improvement and the Project Management Office within TDS.
Your role
Chief of Staff
- Support EVP, Global Leadership, and Board of Directors for TDS
- Collaborate with leaders to drive performance processes and strategies
- Lead organizational work to improve cultural performance
- Coach leaders, balancing daily operations and strategic activities
- Prepare and review presentations for events
Head of PMO
- Ensure project execution quality and oversight
- Develop and implement project standards
- Manage core project portfolio with regular reporting
- Support local functional areas and maintain global oversight
- Sponsor project community of practice and governance standards
Head of Lean
- Lead Lean activities to achieve operational goals
- Implement Lean strategies and performance goals
- Coach leaders in Lean mindset and improvement planning
- Provide matrix leadership to Operational Excellence practitioners
- Sponsor LEAN community of practice and enable collaboration
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince II)
- Lean qualification (Ideally Black Belt or equivalent)
- Functional management experience leading individuals and groups, preferably
- Combination of Operational Excellence and project management experience
- Proven track record of implementing improvement programs with quantifiable results
- Monitors performance through key performance indicators
- Advanced coaching, facilitation, and change agent skills
- Excellent communication and presentations skills across various settings and boundaries
As an experienced leader, you have a proven ability to turn visions into clear direction for your function, actionable plans and excel in collaboration across the organization also without formal authority. You engage and build relations naturally and have a flair for great stakeholder management. You strive for structure and planning to get the results needed. With your professionalism and high energy level you can drive projects to completion.
