Du vil spille en vigtig rolle inden for: Som Project Manager – ETO er dit hovedfokus at drive eksterne specialprojekter, såkaldte ETO projekter (Engineer-to-Order), samt bidrage til den kontinuerlige udvikling af vores produktion. Jobbet kræver derfor, at du kan arbejde selvstændigt samtidig med, at du har en stærk fællesskabsfølelse, og kan samarbejde med personer fra mange forskellige faglige og kulturelle baggrunde.

Dine primære opgaver vil være at:

  • Koordinere projekter relateret til specialvarianter i motorproduktionen, såkaldte Engineer-to-Order (ETO) projekter.
  • Samarbejde tæt med involverede afdelinger, fx Salg, Ordreafvikling, R&D, Produktionen for at tilsikre optimal koordinering på tværs.
  • Være produktionens kontaktperson for interne såvel som eksterne kunder og samarbejdspartnere vedr. de konkrete ETO projekter.
  • Identificere og løse potentielle udfordringer i samarbejde med vores tekniske teams.
  • Indgå i planlægning af flow omkring produktionen af ETO projekterne.

  • Er en alsidig og serviceminded team player med gode kommunikative egenskaber, som trives i at samarbejde i et team og på tværs af mange faggrupper.
  • Har erfaring med at drive projekter. Uddannelsesmæssig baggrund er ikke det væsentligste parameter. Dog vil en vis teknisk interesse være en fordel i jobbet.
  • Har interesse i at arbejde i en international organisation med kontaktflader udenfor landets grænser.
  • Det er et krav, at kunne begå sig godt på engelsk. Både mundtligt og skrifteligt.
