• Moderate and review user-generated content in Nordic languages across various social media platforms
• Ensure compliance with community guidelines and promote a positive user experience
• Identify and report inappropriate content or behaviors efficiently
• Engage with the online community to nurture positive interactions
• Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing moderation processes
• Collaborate with your team to ensure a supportive online atmosphere

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (written and spoken) is essential
• Interest in social media and online communities
• Prior experience in content moderation is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
