We are hiring a People Strategy and Analytics Consultant to drive organizational design, strategy, and cultural initiatives, leveraging your analytical, strategic, and communication skills. Is that person you?

In this collaborative role, you will join our group HR department and engage with international stakeholders in various countries. You will work out of Netcompany's HQ in Copenhagen, where you will join our dynamic HR team and report to the People Strategy and Analytics Team Lead. Our global HR organization plays a central role in the business by providing essential services and support that drive overall organizational success. You will be a relevant point of contact and will work closely with global CoE leads, our global heads of HR, and the CPO.

Tasks

  1. Serve as a central point of contact for global presentation enquiries
  2. Design and develop visually appealing and informative presentations for various audiences, including top management, senior executives and global teams
  3. Enhance, refine, and implement solutions for our global and local HR leaders
  4. Partner with internal stakeholders to identify organizational needs and develop strategic solutions
  5. Analyse organizational structures, processes, and systems and create solutions to drive organisational efficiency
  6. Create and execute change management strategies for new initiatives.
  7. Use Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint to generate data-driven insights and presentations
  8. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in organizational development

About you

  1. Enjoys a fast-paced environment
  2. Thrives working with a high level of professionalism, punctuality and reliability
  3. Holds a relevant master's degree or equivalent experience. We imagine that you have a few years' experience from a similar role, working as an associate consultant, executive assistant or similar
  4. Strong analytical skills and ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
  5. High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI is a plus
  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and on senior executive level
  7. Proactive and passionate about driving change and making a positive impact
  8. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Danish is a plus
