Swapfiets is immediately looking for Service & Store Associates
Do you enjoy both navigating the busy streets of your city and striking up conversations with anyone and everyone? Are you a natural multitasker who enjoys getting your hands dirty and solving problems? Then we are looking for you
Join our fast-growing, sustainable scale-up as a Store & Field Service Assistant and be the hero of the day by providing awesome customer service, fixing bikes in-store and on-site, and delivering smiles (and bikes) to our members.
How we fuel your ride:
- Your own Swapfiets bike (lend-lease)
- Regulated working schedules;
- Lots of responsibility, challenging work, and friendly colleagues.
Your daily Swapfiets ride involves:
- Work in the store and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members;
- Drive to our members by car to perform service on-site;
- Be the first point of contact for (potential) members, help them set up a new subscription or provide support with any issues they might have;
- Keep the shop clean, tidy and organised;
- Drive upselling value by offering additional products desired by our members;
- Perform small bike repairs and preventive maintenance on our Swapfiets in the store and on-site;
- Swap out bikes, if they can't be repaired on the spot.
Your optimal gear for the ride:
- A valid EU driver's license since at least 6 months;
- Affinity with retail, bikes and good service;
- Fluency in English and/or Danish;
- Experience in working independently & being able to make decisions;
- Available 8-12 hours a week.
