We are a rapidly growing grant and project financing consultancy, headquartered in Copenhagen (Denmark), with 80 professionals working from our offices in Denmark (Aarhus and Copenhagen), Spain (Malaga) and Norway (Bergen and Drammen). We assist our clients in all product life phases, from identification of the optimal funding programme to the application process, Grant Agreement Process and all aspects of project administration and implementation. Our success with helping clients attract grants has given us a stellar reputation with large enterprises, particularly within the green energy domain, leading to several framework agreements for their entire project portfolio.

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Consultant to join our Danish Business Unit in Copenhagen, Denmark and work with companies developing cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will have a background in business, innovation, or engineering , be excited about taking on new challenges, look to use your initiative wherever possible, and be highly proactive.

You will play an important role in assisting our clients during the preparation of proposals for their innovative projects for various Danish funding programmes, drawing on your educational background and technical knowledge.

You will work under the guidance of your Team Manager and Senior Consultants, who will help to develop, train and mentor you to become part of our growing and successful team that are consistently managing high quality funding proposals for our Danish client base.

Responsibilities
  • Assist our Consultants and Seniors in developing and writing high-quality proposals for Danish funding programmes that align with our clients' innovation objectives and the programmes' evaluation criteria.
  • Assist our Consultants and Seniors in communicating with our clients and gathering information.
  • Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation for applications.
  • Maintain regular communication with the team, providing updates on the status of the applications and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in innovation, technology, and funding opportunities.
  • Contribute to Nordic Innovators as a whole.
Candidate requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field such as Business, Innovation Management, or Engineering.
  • Fluency in English (C1 written and spoken) is a requirement.
  • Ability to analyse complex information, identify key insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • A team player who contributes to the existing positive working environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
